Israeli Energy Harvesting Startup Enervibe Raises $3.4M

Enervibe, a provider of energy harvesting solutions for low power devices, has recently completed an initial round of financing of $3.4 million from the Mobilitech Capital Fund, which is supported by Dan Transportation Group and Samelet Group, Capital Nature and CBG. The round also includes follow-on investments in the company by ProSeed Fund and private investors. The funds will allow Enervibe to accelerate the development of its core technologies and line of products and the round includes an option for future investment and could rise to $5 million.

Enervibe develops and produces kinetic energy harvesters that convert mechanical movement into electrical energy using innovative technology that enables energy efficiency for the operation of wireless sensors and IoT devices. Moshe Avlagon, CEO of Enervibe said: “The automotive market, one of the numerous target markets for the company, is undergoing a massive revolution. Vehicles are becoming more connected, more autonomous and more data driven, based on a large number of sensors.”

Automobility Ltd. is excited to see its EXCELerate portfolio company Enervibe raising their pre-A round. The startup’s innovative technology has tremendous potential in the mobility sector for the ongoing sensor revolution in vehicles.
