This issue highlights the $10M extension of Karamba Security’s B-round of fundraising led by VinFast, a Vietnamese automaker.  Automobility initiated the discussion among the parties which led to the investment.

In addition, Automobility has joined the advisory board of Skyroads, an enbedded systems developer for Air Traffic Management that provides an infrastructure component for enabling the operation safe operation of urban air mobility.

A player in this space is HT Aero, an urban air mobility company backed by Chinese EV maker XPeng, which has received a sizable $500M in Series A capital funding.

Alongside Google’s Waymo, Nuro has emerged as one of the leading players in the commercial driverless car space, raising additional $600M.

Additional investments are being deployed in the used-car space, with India’s Spinny becoming the latest unicorn startup.
