AmCham Shanghai’s Automotive Committee invites you to join a webinar on The Impact of the COVID-19 Outbreak on the Automotive Industry. This will be an online event to discuss the current crisis and how it is impacting the automotive industry. It will take place on March 12th, from 10am to 11:30am.

In this webinar, Bill Russo, Founder & CEO of Automobility, ltd. and AmCham Shanghai’s Automotive Committee Chair, will lead an analytical presentation on the impact of COVID-19 to China’s automotive industry. In the short term, sales and production have decreased dramatically. For an industry that was already wrestling with a downturn this crisis will hurt automakers especially hard. However, there can be some optimism if we take a longer view. Following the presentation will be a panel discussion with John Yang, Director of Smart Mobility at Ford, and Ryan Flynn, APAC President at ITT.

Join us to discuss the immediate hardships, how to get back on track in 2020, and the effect on the industry in the long term.
