Automobility EXCELerate Pipeline – Edition #41

We are very pleased to share the 41st Edition of Automobility’s EXCELerate pipeline. As always, we are continually scanning the global mobility technology landscape to curate excellent investment opportunities that we believe offer differentiated solutions which fit our “Internet of Mobility” (IoM) and Energy Transition theses.

CES 2023 this year featured plenty of automotive announcements that embody the key Internet of Mobility and Energy Transition megatrends, including sustainability and human security. Our Automobility team has analyzed pertinent announcements during CES and identified five technology trends around Intelligent Connectivity and Smart Energy. Read the full story in our summary:

Recent Pipeline News and Media Mentions

We are pleased to share the significant progress being made by several of our EXCELerate portfolio companies since our last update. In particular, Ottopia, one of our EXCELerate portfolio companies, announced that it has raised $14.5 million in a Series A funding round. Automobility was a key party to this round by introducing ComfortDelgro (the largest investor in the round) to the opportunity. Bill Russo, Founder & CEO of Automobility Limited, said: “Bringing one of the world’s largest transportation services providers ComfortDelGro to join forces with a leading teleoperation company from Israel is core to Automobility’s mission of helping our clients to build and profit from the future of mobility.”
